Donnie and Connie got in here about 11:00 on Saturday Night. I, of course, had already gone to bed (after Jim and I got the sofa pulled out and their bed made.) I did get up to give hugs then right back to bed.
Coffee outside on Saturday Morning and we are scheduled to be at Robbie's boat around 10ish to take a boat ride, and let them look for lobster.
No large lobster, although Robbie did get a couple of small ones for us to look at, along with a couble of stone crabs. There was a stone crab basket that Rob found while diving, the line had been cut from the buoy and chances were the stone crab inside would be trapped. Robbie released the crab and Sugar attempted to get the 'door' to the trap closed so no other crab, or sea critter entered and could not get out.
We are about to take a ride up the keys to Marathon. There is a time share there that Connie's company owns and she wants to check it out. Then, maybe down to Key Deer streets to find a Key Deer or two and maybe lunch at No Name Pub.
So, here's the pictures from yesterday! A great boat ride with Sugar and Rob making us feel oh, so welcome with food, fellowship and kindness.
Sugar and Buffet as Sugar completed her cast off duties.
Connie getting positioned for a couple of pictures with Buffet keeping an eye out. Sugar said that on their way down in the boat last August, Buffet spent many hours in this spot.
Some of the Key West waterfront.
Before going to their dive spot, Rob made an the tour rather scenic, traveling along the shores of this particular side of Key West.
Sunset Key - As I have mentioned, from pictures on a boating trip with Hillary and Walt, Sunset Key is an upscale area. Rob and Sugar did point out houses they thought belonged to Oprah and one house they thought belonged to the Paris Hilton Family.
Buffet in his favorite spot. Buffet is a wonderful dog and I feel in love with him.
Sugar and Buffet. Sugar is getting Buffet tethered to the boat and she has on her wet suit and snorkel.
Buffet is safely tethered to the boat with a long line, so there is a lot of swimming for Buffet. When Buffet gets tired, Sugar and Rob have fixed the swim platform so Buffet can jump on the platform for a rest, then, he decides to jump in again. Buffet does wear his life vest.
Donnie and myself just enjoying the ride.
Before Rob and Sugar went diving, Sugar and her mother Linda, put out a wonderful spread of chips, dips, veges and fruit for our lunch. After diving, Rob cooked some hotdogs for us as well.

Fun day on the water, we are headed back in....
Couple of really decked out houseboats we saw on our way back in to the marina.
